Malkah Manouel is a film distributor prioritizing sustainable release strategies for independent films by people of color. In 2026, they founded Lunette Films, a film distribution agency for filmmakers seeking a bespoke approach to the release of their films.

Malkah has worked with companies including MUBI, Kino Lorber, Kani Releasing, Third World Newsreel, and Dedza Films, on films by Aki Kaurismäki, Mati Diop, Miguel Gomes, Radu Jude, and more.
